Parighāsana Abstract Painting
$2,400.0048″ x 24″ abstract painting on panel installed in a black floating frame.
Parighāsana was created with joint knives, rubber blades and construction tools. It is titled after the Gate Pose — a lateral bending posture that creates space and openness through the side body, ribs, and lungs. This asana deeply stretches the intercostal muscles, hamstrings, and inner thighs while enhancing flexibility in the spine and torso. It also invites openness and receptivity, like a gate swinging wide, while grounding through the kneeling base. It is both a strengthening and expansive posture, balancing stability with spaciousness.
This expressive abstract work is influenced by Hennick’s meditation and yoga practice.

Aṣṭāṅgāsana Abstract Painting
$2,400.0048″ x 24″ abstract painting on panel installed in a black floating frame.
Aṣṭāṅgāsana was created with joint knives, rubber blades and construction tools. It is titled after the Eight-Limbed Pose, a grounding and preparatory posture commonly found in Sun Salutations. Aṣṭāṅgāsana strengthens the arms, chest, and back while cultivating flexibility in the spine and openness in the shoulders. Symbolically, the eight-point contact expresses humility and devotion, often interpreted as a bow to the earth. Within the flow of Sun Salutations, this posture teaches patience, gradual release, and steadiness in transitions.
This expressive abstract work is influenced by Hennick’s meditation and yoga practice.

Utthita Tāḍāsana Abstract Painting
$4,000.0048″ x 36″ Large scale abstract painting on panel
Utthita Tāḍāsana was created with joint knives, rubber blades and construction tools. It is titled after the Star Pose in modern yoga. Utthita Tadasana is a foundational standing posture in yoga that cultivates stability, length, and presence. Tāḍāsana means “Mountain Pose” — symbolizing steadiness and groundedness — while utthita means “extended” or “stretched out,” referring to the upward reach of the arms and the expansive quality of the posture.
The painting’s abstract imagery is influenced by Hennick’s meditation and yoga practice.

Añjaneyāsana Abstract Painting
$2,400.0036″ x 36″ large scale acrylic abstract painting on canvas installed in a black floating frame.
Añjaneyāsana was created with joint knives and various construction tools. Titled after the Low Lunge Pose, Añjaneyāsana is a graceful, grounding posture that stretches the hips and opens the chest while cultivating balance and stability. This pose strengthens the legs and glutes while enhancing flexibility in the hips and spine. This large scale abstract expressionist work is influenced by Hennick’s meditation and yoga practice.
