The first painting in the Supine Paper Series, Halāsana No.1 is an abstract painting created on Yupo Paper. This painting is inspired by the plow pose in modern yoga. Halāsana is a deeply introspective and rejuvenating inversion that calms the nervous system while stretching the spine, shoulders, and back body. This piece was featured in the 2025 Kansas City Flatfile + Digitalfile at KCAI Artspace.
