Bhujaṅgāsana is a rejuvenating back-bending asana and is one of the prone asanas in Surya Namaskar. Cobra Pose stretches the abdomen, chest, and shoulders while strengthening the back muscles, improving spinal flexibility and posture. It also stimulates the digestive organs and can help alleviate mild lower back discomfort when practiced with proper engagement.
