Mark Hennick is a self-taught artist whose work tends to focus on serene outdoor environments — calm places to lose yourself in your thoughts. His pastel drawings will be on display in booth #72.
“I enjoy the process of specifying color, working with my hands and getting messy. Making art is a means of expression and release for me. I use soft pastels on printmaking paper. Sometimes I start with a light wash of color to the paper. Then I blend the colors to create almost a watercolor feel.”
