Añjaneyāsana was created with joint knives and various construction tools. Titled after the Low Lunge Pose, Añjaneyāsana is a graceful, grounding posture that stretches the hips and opens the chest while cultivating balance and stability. This pose strengthens the legs and glutes while enhancing flexibility in the hips and spine. This large scale abstract expressionist work is influenced by Hennick’s meditation and yoga practice.
