Bhujaṅgāsana was created with joint knives, rubber blades and construction tools. It is titled after the Cobra Pose in Hatha and modern yoga. Bhujaṅgāsana is a reclining back-bending asana and is one of the prone asanas in Surya Namaskar. This large scale abstract artwork is influenced by Hennick’s meditation and yoga practice. This painting was completed in 2024.
